MAIN MEAL RECIPE
If I can find thin spaghetti noodles on sale, I prefer to use them in place of the ramen, though it takes longer to cook pasta; 2 oz. of pasta is one serving.

Mix together:
3 T. dry milk powder
1 T. unbleached flour
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper
2 and 1/2 T. dry parmesan cheese
________________
1/2 c. water
________________
1 T. margarine or butter
Boil 2 c. water. Break ramen noodles into fourths, add to boiling water, cook 2 minutes, stir occasionally. Take off heat, let sit 6 minutes. SAUCE: put dry mixture into jar, add the 1/2 c. of water; cover tightly, shake 'til smooth. Put into saucepan, heat on medium high, stir constantly with wire whip until thickened. Add margarine or butter, stir to melt; take off heat; cover for 1 minute. Meanwhile, drain ramen. Mix in to alfredo sauce; stir. Makes 1 serving.
